Description

Purpose:
Oven frying oven with proofing cabinet ship PRShS-1 is designed for proofing and baking a wide range of bakery products (hem and moulded varieties of bread from wheat and rye flour, loafs), confectionery and small pieces.
The combination of small size and high productivity makes the griddle oven indispensable for use on ships and vessels.

REMAINS FUNCTIONAL:
? During prolonged static tilting (without time limitation) in any direction up to ±15°.
? Rolling with an amplitude of 45° and a period of 7 to 9 seconds in any direction.
? When exposed to 98% relative humidity at an ambient temperature of 35°C.
? When exposed to ambient temperatures of 12° C to 45° C for a prolonged period of time (without limitation).
? After exposure to salt (sea) fog.
