Description
The machine is designed for sharpening, dressing of the cutting edge, polishing, working surface of boen, deboning, cutting knives.
Depending on the type of knife, you can choose one of four sharpening angles (full angle): 24, 28, 32, 36 degrees.
Perfect sharpening in three operations:
-Sharpening on an abrasive stone.
-Eravelling on hardened rollers.
-Polishing the knife stab on a felt wheel with polishing paste.
