SGRD-1000 Metal Deburring and Edge Rounding Machine for Efficient Finishing

The SGRD-1000 machine is designed for deburring, edge rounding, deburring after laser and plasma cutting of metal. This model has a processing zone width of 1000 mm. The machine includes 2 main modules - 9 working tools on each module, arranged according to the scheme "4+5".

Filling of the modules with working tools (grinding wheel/finger wheel) depends on the characteristics of the workpieces to be machined and the desired machining result. Machine settings control is realised in the form of a touch panel on the front side of the machine. Machine setting allows to adjust the following parameters: - - height of the workpiece to be machined, workpiece feed speed (conveyor belt speed), working tool rotation speed (grinding wheel/finger wheel), oscillation speed (speed of transverse movement of modules.).

The cladding of the machine covers the working area from all sides, only the workpiece feeding and extraction windows remain open.
