Description

Belt grinding machine SGPK-300 is designed for in-line grinding of flat sheet metal parts, profile pipes, other parts with flat-parallel surfaces. surfaces. The workpiece material can be aluminium and its alloys, non-ferrous metals based on copper, ferrous steels, stainless steels and other materials subjected to grinding with endless grinding belts.

The machine is designed to work with a grinding belt of 300x2000 mm. Surface roughness is achieved by using belts with different grits as well as Scotch-Brite polishing belts of all types. To achieve a mirror-like surface it is necessary to use an abrasive-free belt with a polishing paste of the required grit.

Grinding takes place in a coolant environment, the belt material and the workpiece must be suitable for use in a coolant environment.
