The set of products for modernisation of the T-100/120-130-2 turbine includes delivery of a new CVD with a one-stage regulating stage and nine pressure stages, as well as a number of other assemblies and parts, including a modernised camshaft distributor with a reinforced frame, modernised regulating and stop valves, thrust bearing with modernised thrust pads of increased bearing capacity, a new electrohydraulic regulation and protection system, etc.
The turbine modernisation provides:
- improvement of steam distribution operation;
- increased turbine efficiency due to optimisation of the flow section.

Technical Specifications

Minimum scope of modernization	modernisation of turbine of t-100 series replace resource nodes and parts operating at temperature more than 450°?. it allows to renew resource, and also to increase nominal, maximum power and heat load in condensing mode.
Average volume of modernization	In addition to replacement of resource components and parts of the high-pressure cylinder, additionally includes replacement of the flow part of the medium pressure, as well as bypass pipes from the high-pressure cylinder to the medium-pressure cylinder.
Maximum scope of modernization	In addition to the average variant, the low-pressure flow part is replaced, which makes it possible to increase the reliability of operation of the low-pressure part.
