Self-Adjusting Rotating Support OVS-10 UZ for Cylindrical Product Rotation

Supported rotator self-adjusting OVS-10 UZ with load capacity of 10 tonnes (10 000 kg) is designed for installation and rotation of cylindrical products (oil tanks, cisterns, boilers) of various diameters with welding speed at automatic, semi-automatic and manual electric arc welding.
With the help of the rotator it is possible to perform automatic welding of external and internal ring seams of products, as well as cladding of external and internal surfaces, additionally using welding columns or other mechanical devices.
The rotator is manufactured in version U3 for operation in areas of temperate climate at ambient air temperature from minus 10°C to plus 40°C with relative humidity not exceeding 90% at temperature plus 25°C at an altitude not exceeding 1000 m above sea level.
