Sectional Table "FLIP-TOP" Type 2 for Flexible Spaces and Applications

Made of pipe 40x40x1.5mm, crosshead pipe 40x25x1.5, sheet thickness of 3, 1.5mm and 1mm. The support consists of 2 pipes 40x40x1.5 welded together.In the upper part of the pipes perpendicularly welded bracket made of sheet 3mm to mount the crosshead and U-shaped profile under the table top dimensions 494x45x23, fastening through the screw m6x16.The mechanism is made of 2 profiles made of 1.5 mm sheet. The whole mechanism is covered with a decorative plug made of 1 mm sheet.

The lower part of the support is made of 1.5 mm sheet. The base of the support consists of two parts made of 1.5 mm sheet: 1) U-shaped profile with two 13.5 mm diameter holes for mounting metal wheels via m10 rivet. Profile base 44mm, height 50mm 2) Profile cover 60mm wide, repeating the contour of the profile.

The profile and the cover are welded together, with no visible welds. The cover has holes for 40x40x1.5 pipe, which is welded to the base (box). The crossbeam is made of profile pipe 40x25x1.5.
