Description

Purpose - towing and canting operations of stationary floating drilling rigs (FSRU), floating drilling complexes (FDC), ships, barges and other floating technical means in the port and coastal areas corresponding to the restricted navigation area R2, transportation of people and cargoes to the roadstead.
The area of navigation is the Arctic shelf seas. Port, roadstead and coastal navigation within the boundaries imposed by the vessel class at design temperatures of outside air +350C with humidity 60% in summer, -400C with humidity 85% in winter, water from +300C to 00C. During the period of water settling -20C, air -50C.
Architectural and structural type - a single-deck, saddle-shaped, double-screw vessel with a half-bank, a double-deck deckhouse in the middle part, an open area on the upper deck and an engine-boiler room in the aft part.
