Screw Washing Machine AM Series S for Effective Large Batch Cleaning

Model range of washing machines AM200 S, AM250 S, AM350 S, AM500 S, AM700 S, AM800 S, AM1000 S, AM1200 S, AM1500 S. The AM S series screw washer is designed for cleaning large batches of small parts with simple geometries. They are ideal for companies producing metalware, fasteners, fittings, valves and similar products.

The unit is capable of in-line degreasing, removing mechanical contaminants, rinsing and drying parts. The basic configuration includes a degreasing module. On customer's request, the machine can be equipped with sections for additional processing stages such as rinsing and hot air drying.

The machine is controlled by selecting the temperature and drum speed. Optional touch screen software with up to 50 recipes can be stored for different types of parts to be cleaned. The parts are fed into the drum via a receiving tray.
