Screw compressor with frequency converter VCU-CHM-160+

These air screw compressors of VCU-CHM series are equipped with synchronous electric motor on permanent rare-earth magnets and frequency converter. This solution allows to reduce power consumption by 50% on average. Due to the design of the permanent magnet motor there are no bearings and units that need to be lubricated - such a motor does not require maintenance.

Since the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the compressor has no friction points, it is explosion-proof, quiet and efficient. The torque transmission efficiency is more than 94%. This series of compressors are oil-injected (oil-filled) compressors.

All magnet motor compressors are equipped with a two-stage air filter, which cleans the incoming air up to 99.9%. Max. working pressure 7,5-13.
