Scalperator ?1-BZO, version 1

Scalperator A1-BZO version 1 is designed for separation of coarse large foreign and straw impurities in order to prevent clogging of receiving and distributing devices of subsequent grain cleaning equipment.
The scalperator is installed in grain cleaning departments of grain elevators and at bread receiving enterprises, as well as in grain cleaning lines for post-harvest grain processing.
Technical productivity on wheat with humidity 10-15% and in kind 770-850 kg/m3, tonnes/h - 40 (at installation of drum A1-BZO.00.110-01 with cells 12 - 20, being in a set of exchangeable parts the scalperator works with productivity on wheat 100 tonnes/h).
Efficiency of grain cleaning from large impurities is 100%.
The scalperator is manufactured in climatic version "U" of category 3 of GOST 15150. Operating conditions: ambient temperature from -10 deg C to + 40 deg C, relative air humidity 40-80%.
