US 2 BZ Safety Retention System with Rope for Worker Protection

The restraining system RS 2BZh (formerly Safety Belt PP II BZh) consists of a restraining tether USP Zh and sling B (metal cable in PVC sheath). It is used to restrain a worker from falling into a free-fall risk zone. The sling is not detachably connected to the harness.

The main advantage from the previous system RS 2BZh is wider shoulder and hip straps - 45 mm, on the old model they were 36 mm wide. The use of wider straps allowed to better distribute the load on the worker's body, the straps do not cut in so much. The straps themselves are made of dense, thick tape, and the colour difference between the top and bottom improved the convenience of putting on the US 2BZh system.

All seams are made on automated sewing machines, eliminating errors associated with human error. Also, to increase the durability of the product and increase the service life, we have increased the width of the windows in the buckles, so that the tape is not so much rubbed against their edges during intensive use.
