The extension rope is used to securely attach the top safety harness to the user's arbour. The three-beam design ensures proper load distribution for any attachment method. One beam is used to connect to the rope using a rapid carabiner, two beams allow the carabiners to be placed in an oppositional position, eliminating the possibility of a directed load on the carabiner coupling.
