S500 Machining Center (VMB 55) for Comprehensive Material Processing

The machining centre model S 500 (VMB 55) is designed for complex machining of parts made of various structural materials. It contains: CNC system, mechanical spindle with belt transmission, infinitely variable spindle speed control, tilting table, linear and angular movement sensors, tool magazine, automatic lubrication system, pneumatic system, electrical equipment, lighting, cutting zone fence, coolant supply and chip cleaning system. Optional integrated spindle-motor, fixed tool turning on a rotary table, X-axis stroke extension up to 1000 mm. Optional 3-axis version of the machine (flat bed table) or 4-axis version (flat bed table and rotary table with horizontal axis of rotation).
