Rutoken Lite 1000 is a secure media of private keys of electronic signature for electronic document management. On the Rutoken Lite 1000 key carrier you can store secret keys or digital identifiers and read them when necessary upon presentation of a PIN-code by the user.
Rutoken Lite 1000 provides two-factor authentication in computer systems for secure use of qualified electronic signature and protection from unauthorised access. Successful authentication requires fulfilment of two conditions: the user's knowledge of a unique password - PIN-code and possession of a unique object - the device itself. This provides a much higher level of security than traditional password access.
