Description

Line processing RTI-1000 - line for processing of rubber-technical products, including car tyres. Capacity - 1000 kg/hour of input raw materials. Basic composition of the complex: primary shredder - TITAN 600, secondary shredder - RASPER 1250, final shredding - impact crusher RDM 50/120; belt feeder, conveyor equipment, pneumatic transport for rubber crumb unloading, sorting equipment, textile and magnetic separators for removing foreign matter from the finished product. The finished product is cube-shaped rubber crumb.
