Description
Relay RPR-2 is used in brushless and thyristor excitation systems of generators. The purpose of the relay is: in thyristor excitation systems of STS: protection against rotor winding overload; protection against forcing of inadmissible duration; protection against unlimited forcing; protection against unsuccessful inverting; protection against loss of excitation; maximum current protection of rectifier transformer; current cut-off of rectifier transformer. in static standby thyristor excitation systems STSR - the same as for STS, but with rotor current scaling depending on the type of connected generator (G1G4). in brushless excitation systems - the same as for STS, except for rectifier transformer protection. The warranty period is 36 months from the date of shipment to the Electrosila plant.
