Rotating Platform for Lifting and Traction Equipment in Industrial Use

The slewing platform serves as a base on which the lifting and pulling winches, slewing and stepping mechanisms, electrical equipment, as well as working and auxiliary equipment are located. The turntable platform is a high-strength, rigid welded metal structure consisting of upper and lower decks, longitudinal and transverse beams and a circular beam to which the upper rail of the slewing and turning device is attached. For easy transport the platform is made of 10 sections.

Four sleeves of the driving shafts of the slewing mechanism and the bearing hub of the centre trunnion are welded into the centre section. At assembly, the turntable sections are assembled into one common structure using 24 mm diameter high-strength bolts and special pads. Mechanisms mounted on the turntable are mounted on factory machined plates.

All main mechanisms are factory-assembled directly on the turntable.
