Description

Mower rotary mounted KRN-2.1I, designed for mowing high-yielding grasses at speeds up to 15 km/h with laying the mown mass in a slash. Transmission ratios in the belt transmission and gears in the gearbox provide a rotational speed of rotors with knives 2000 rpm. Knives of 5 mm thickness rotate on hardened special bolts (the system of "quick fixing" of knives is not used for safety reasons).

The design is based on the unified mower of the Luberets plant. Gears, shafts, large assemblies and consumables are interchangeable with the most part of mowers KRN, KDN, KR, which reduces problems with maintenance and repair. But at the same time constructive changes have been made, which have proved themselves on imported mowers: <ol> <li>Split bar halves allow quick and efficient inspection of the gears and quick replacement if necessary.</li> <li>To seal the bar, a one-piece ring made of oil and petrol resistant rubber is installed instead of vapour gaskets.</li> <li>Intermediate gears for...</li> </ol>.
