Roller Device for Switch Control MПК 700 МРУ - Enhance Efficiency in Rail Operations

To facilitate switching of switches, to avoid environmental pollution and unnecessary financial expenses of railway enterprises during maintenance of switches our company has developed roller supports mod. MPK 700 MU (reinforced), installed on the frame rail under the shank sole to eliminate friction of the shank against the pad. The RU provides moving of the switch girdle from one extreme position to another without contact of the girdle sole with its cushions. In the working position of the shackle it is in full contact with the pad cushions. Roller devices reduce the time of workers' stay on the tracks, reduce the time of maintenance of switches.
