Welding turner is a power frame for moving products in the process of welding works. The design of the turner provides fixation, angular positioning and rotation of welded products.
The products are fixed with the help of grippers. The product is securely fixed in the required position, which ensures welding accuracy. For an additional degree of safety, the grippers are equipped with a manual locking device that can be used if necessary. Lifting and rotation of the installed equipment is carried out automatically according to a preset programme using a carriage with welding speed.
The tilting machine is controlled by means of a control stand with an intuitive interface. If required, the welding turner can be integrated into a robotised system
