The three-section oven is designed for frying semi-finished fish, meat and vegetables and baking small culinary products. Ovens are made of stainless steel, has three ovens with internal dimensions of 538x715x290 mm. Inside each section there are 4 levels of tray rails.

The upper and lower blocks of heating elements allow to heat up the cabinet to the temperature +270 °?, the time of heating up the roasting cabinet to +240 °? is 30 minutes. The cabinet is equipped with 6 GN 1/1 gastronorms of 65 mm depth and three stainless steel grids of 530x470 mm.

The upper and lower blocks of heating elements have separate regulation by means of thermoregulators, emergency thermoregulators are also installed, triggering at a temperature of +320 °?. The cabinet is equipped with air circulation and humidification systems, for which a fan motor, a fan cover and a water atomiser are installed. The cabinet legs are height-adjustable, the base, side and rear walls are made of painted metal.
