Manual winch RL-1500

Manual winch RL-1500 is designed for loading and unloading work in construction and agriculture, as well as installation work in the conditions of individual garage. The winch consists of an aluminium housing with winch attachment points, a drum with a rope, a power reducer with a rope laying mechanism and a manual drive handle with a stopper to control the winch drive. The power reducer consists of one pair of bevel gears and three pairs of spur gears. The rope laying mechanism consists of four pairs of spur gears, a travelling screw and a rope laying carriage. The rotary motion of the handle on the shank of the winch is transmitted through the gearbox to the drum for releasing or retracting the rope.
