1.Type and purpose - river passenger hydrofoil vessel (RPV), designed for passenger transportations during daylight hours with voyage duration up to 8 hours (tanks: fuel, fresh water, sewage, oil residue, and rubbish storage tanks should be designed for voyage duration of 13 hours).
2.Area of operation - inland water basins of the Russian Federation of category "O".
3.Operation is provided at:
-wave height of 1% secured, with wind in gust up to 17m/s not lower than 1,4 m (in wing mode of movement), having total recurrence (secured) not more than 4% of navigation time;
-wave height of 1% probability, with wind gust up to 21 m/s not lower than 2.0 m (in displacement mode of motion), having total recurrence (probability) not more than 4% of navigation time;
-outside air temperature from minus 10 to plus 35 degrees Celsius (provided there is no freezing of ship structures);
