Rigid Busbar for Voltage Class 6(10), 35, 110 kV - Essential for High Voltage Applications

A rigid complete collar manufactured by T-Energy LLC is designed for making electrical connections between high-voltage devices of open (ORU) and closed (ZRU) switchgears 35-500 kV. Rigid busbars can be used together with flexible busbars, e.g. as a combination of rigid busbars with flexible in-cell connections.

Hardwire kits for rated currents from 630 A to 4000 A are manufactured for both standard and non-standard switchgear schemes.

As part of the rigid busbar system, unique, from the point of view of reliability, connection elements are used - cast busbar holders with flexible connections. The busbar holders are used to absorb mechanical forces arising in the joints, while the flexible connections are used to create reliable electrical contacts between the live parts.

Cast busbar holders with flexible links are used for connecting busbars between each other and for connection to equipment.
