The lifeline shall be secured around the perimeter of the circle at four equally spaced locations forming four identical loops. - The lifelines shall have retroreflective strips (not less than 100 mm in size) around or on both sides of the circumference of the circle at four points equidistant from each other. - CW shells shall be made of polyethylene and filled with floating material - polyurethane foam.
