Description

Purpose and functional characteristics:Reinforced roller assembly serves as a rolling support in the conveyor.It consists of a cast housing, axle, tapered bearings, a set of covers, as well as a stamped bending washer with a nut.The roller housing is made of steel by casting method with subsequent machining.The roller is equipped with tapered roller bearings of single row with increased load capacity. Bearing unit is closed with covers, to exclude ingress of dirt into the bearing units.The covers are fixed by means of nuts and lock washers.Material of the roller - carbon steel.Reference dimensions: 270 mm; L=330 mm.
