Rectangular Incubator for Culturing Starter Cultures - Ideal for Dairy Production

The incubator is a rectangular bath with removable containers placed in it for cultivation of mother cultures used in production of sour-milk drinks. It is used in special premises authorised for the production of pure cultures. Water supply and drainage, heating, holding at a set temperature and cooling are automatically performed by the control system based on signals from the relevant sensors.

The size of the bath allows installation of 6 removable containers with working volume of 10 litres each. The bathtub is connected to the water supply pipe for filling, equipped with an overflow (safety) pipe and a drain pipe. Uniform heating of water in the bathtub is carried out by heating elements in a stainless steel shell.

The maximum heating temperature is 98oC.For cooling the water after heating and holding in the bath provided coil ice water, to a temperature of 4-6oC..
