Reagent kit for the determination of anti-Xa and anti-IIa activity of low molecular weight heparin (Renaparin-test) is designed for the quantitative determination of anti-Xa and anti-IIa activity in preparations and substances of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) using chromogenic substrates. Kit composition: Antithrombin III - 1 IU/flask, lyophilically dried for anti-IIa - 1 vial; Antithrombin III - 1 IU/flask, lyophilically dried for anti-Xa - 2 vials; Factor Xa - 34 nkat/flask, lyophilically dried - 1 vial; Thrombin (factor IIa) - 20 IU/flask, lyophilically dried - 1 vial; Chromogenic substrate for factor Xa, lyophilically dried - 2 vials; Chromogenic substrate for thrombin, lyophilically dried - 2 vials; NMG working standard sample - 1 vial; Concentrated buffer solution - 5.0 ml/fl. - 1 vial; Bovine serum albumin (BSA) - 1 g/fl. - 1 vial. Number of determinations in 1 kit: 100 anti-IIa and anti-Xa heparin activity.
