Designed for the study of factor XIII activity in human blood plasma by manual method.Principle of the method: Determination of factor XIII activity is based on the evaluation of lysis of fibrin clot containing different amounts of the tested factor XIII in 5% monochloroacetic acid. Kit composition:Fibrinogen, purified from factor XIII (2.0 ml / vial) - 2 vials,Kaolin suspension 1% (10.0 ml / vial) - 1 vial,Human thrombin lyophilically dried (2.0 ml / vial) - 2 vials,Calcium chloride 0.1 M solution (5.0 ml / vial) - 1 vial,Buffer.) - 1 vial,Imidazole buffer concentrated (5.0 ml/fl.) - 1 vial,Monochloroacetic acid 50% (7.0 ml/fl.) - 2 vials,Plasma calibrator, lyophilically dried (1.0 ml/fl.) - 1 vial.
