RAMMING DEVICE "LEGION PTAB 3000"

Purpose:
Anti- ramming automatic (mechanical) barrier (PTAB) of "LEGION" series Patent for invention No. 2659358 dated 29 June 2018. "Anti-taran barrier device".
It is designed for forced stopping of wheeled vehicles by complete destruction of its running gear, and serves as an insurmountable barrier to ensure the security of places of mass stay of people and anti-terrorist protection of objects.
Construction description:
It represents a prefabricated-welded power metal structure with a protective lifting platform, driven by an actuating mechanism - built-in electric linear actuator or manual actuator (in mechanical version).
According to the type of design PTAB can be "overhead" or "cut-in" into the roadbed.
The design of the ram barrier consists of a movable and fixed parts of the platform, hinged between each other, as well as ramps attached to the fixed part of the barrier (in the case of execution in the on...).
