Raman Microscope M532 for Accurate Transmission and Reflection Measurements

The M532 Raman microscope combines the capabilities of the Raman Express Portable R532 analyser and microscope, adapting it for both transmission and reflection measurements. The broad functionality of the M532 microscope allows to find and analyse single particles of 2-3 µm in size among many similar particles with similar physical and chemical properties, which opens up new research possibilities within a single Raman system. The spatial resolution of 1 µm and spectral resolution of 4-6 cm-1 provide brilliant measurement accuracy and reproducibility.
