Pulmonary Embolism Prevention Set with "Umbrella" Filter for Vena Cava Implantation

The kit is designed for percutaneous implantation of a cava filter into the inferior vena cava to prevent pulmonary embolism by capturing the blood clot and maintaining the patency of the vein. The kit includes a cava filter (intravenous filter) and a system for its implantation in the inferior vena cava. Proper positioning and stability is achieved due to the springing properties of the cava filter legs and the resulting radial force directed outwards towards the vessel surface.The filter legs form two cones of different lengths with their apexes at one point. Once the threat of thromboembolism has disappeared, the implant can be removed.
