Description
VRK - propulsion systems in which the electric motor is placed in the nacelle and directly connected to the propeller. The nacelle can rotate 360 degrees, providing greater manoeuvrability for ships than conventional propulsion systems, which is especially important when operating in ice. VDCs can be used on a variety of sea and river vessels. VPCs allow to reduce engine room volume, increase cargo capacity or reduce the size of the vessel.
