1.The proofing cabinet is designed for final proofing of dough pieces of baton-shaped products in shops and enterprises of bakery industry.
2.The cabinet consists of a frame, which is a prefabricated metal structure of parts, assemblies and fasteners used to connect the main blocks, parts and assemblies in a single structure. To give the metal structure the correct shape in the frame of the cabinet there are stretchers. The difference between the diagonals of the frame in places where the stretchers are installed is not more than 2 mm.
