The M8 programmer is designed to store configuration information and input it into all serial-programmable microcontrollers of ATMEL's AVR family, connected to the USB port of a personal computer. The use of the M8 programmer and the function of in-system programming (SPI) make it possible to quickly and repeatedly program microprocessor devices in assembled form without switching off the power supply. At the same time the process of software debugging with the help of this programmer is considerably simplified and the time spent on it is reduced. Structurally the programmer is made on a printed circuit board made of foil glass-textolite. The programmer is connected to the microprocessor device by means of a flexible loop (cable TIS 26.5.0.02.000 included in the delivery set).
