Professional 3D Printer with Large Print Area - PICASO 3D Designer XL S2 for Advanced Applications

Designer XL S2 is a professional printer with a large print area from Russian company PICASO 3D. Built on the X platform, Designer XL S2 has all the advantages of the updated line of printers and additional systems that simplify work with the device. The print area is 360x360x610 mm, with layer thicknesses from 10 microns and print speeds of up to 100 cm3/hour.

Specially for Designer XL S2 a new way of levelling the working platform - auto-leveling, which does not require the user's participation. The range of consumables includes all thermoplastics up to a maximum operating temperature of 430 degrees Celsius. The combination of rigid mechanics and the X hardware platform allows the highest print quality even with large work area sizes.

Flow Control 2.0 analyses the material flow and prevents abnormal print termination. During printing, the printer evaluates the presence and feed of plastic and monitors the first layer.
