Primary Grain Cleaning Separator YOU GRAIN (YG) for Effective Grain Purification

Designed for preliminary, primary and secondary cleaning of grain and seeds of grain ear, cereals, legumes, oilseeds, grass seeds from light, large and small impurities separated by air flow and grids. Working principle: Feeding device feeds the material into the channel of preliminary air separation. In the channel, the air flow collects dust, light impurities and bad seeds and carries them into the sedimentation chamber.

The air pre-separated material is fed to the sieve. Through the distributor the teddies are fed into two grating blocks oscillating towards each other. Each grating block contains two grating planes: the upper grating plane separates coarse impurities, the lower one forage grain.

In the main air separator located behind the grating planes, the remaining particles, which differ from the seeds by their higher sailing behaviour, are separated from the material and transported to the sedimentation chamber.
