Spring mattresses, based on independent spring block Tfk, Multipocket. On it are laid the other ingredients, sporbond, thermovolok, foam, latex, Memory foam, coconut coir, horsehair, stean mattress fabric, etc. The type and number of layers depends on the qualities that the finished mattress should have.

Thermo-foam or spunbond is attached to the spring unit to isolate the bulk of the fillings from the spring unit. After the insulation, different fillings are applied (as desired by the customer). Reinforcement of the perimeter of the mattress, (PPU box).

Cover - Mattress fabric is quilted on the filler syntepon and foam PPU, as a result we get a multi-layer cover. The edges of the cover are processed (overlapped). After the cover is made, it is edged on the edging machine (the mattress cover is edged around the perimeter of the top and bottom with a special dense edging tape with a width of 30-42 mm.

The final stage is mattress packing.
