Portable Technological Equipment Complex for Anti-Icing and Dust Control Applications

The proposed technology and equipment are designed to prevent freezing of bulk and bulk cargoes to the inner surfaces of freight wagons (gondolas, platforms and dumpcars), as well as their dusting. Processing is carried out during the movement of freight cars through a complex of technological equipment, including the Automated Carriage Movement and Positioning System (ACMPS). The complex includes equipment for preparation, supply and application of de-icing or anti-dust composition. The application equipment is represented by a mobile frame with nozzles lowered into the wagon, which allows to qualitatively treat the corners and bottom of the wagon with the composition. Advantages: uniform application and rational use of the composition for treatment; high processing speed; compact dimensions of the equipment; high level of mechanisation and automation (processing in fully automated mode); the concept of "unmanned" production is applied.
