Portable Signal Indicator for Cleaning Device REPЕР-3В for Effective Monitoring

The portable signalling device REPER-3V is designed to establish the fact of passing of the in-line object (cleaning device, separator, flaw detector shell, hereinafter referred to as SOD) of the reference point on the gas and oil pipeline.

The detector consists of two ferro-probe sensors sensitive to magnetic field changes, made in a sealed case and connected by cable to the reception and registration unit (RRU) and the operator's radio receiver (OR). At the moment of passing the SOD of the place of installation of sensors, the latter form signals that go to the power supply unit of registration. When the fact of SOD passage is established, the power supply-registration unit switches on visual and audible signalling and generates a radio signal. By means of radio channel the possibility of remote control of the signalling device operation is realised.
