Description
The piston pneumohydraulic actuator of the valve has a tankless design (with damping fluid) and operates from the pressure of the control gas.Pneumohydraulic actuators have threaded plugs on the hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders for bleeding air (in the upper point) and draining the sediment of the damping fluid (in the lower point). Internal surfaces of cylinders and rods have anticorrosive wear-resistant coating or are made of anticorrosive wear-resistant material.The mating surface of the piston with the cylinder, as well as the mating surface of the lever with the body are made of antifriction material.The design of sealing elements on the pistons and in the cylinder cap glands corresponds to the nominal pressure in the pipeline.
