Purpose:
- Children can independently create a play space according to their interests, which helps to create a new or enrich an already played out environment. The movable and easily changeable environment fulfils a developmental function, awakening the child's imagination
- The teacher has the opportunity to transform the environment in accordance with the objectives of joint activities, including puppet and drama plays, organising various role-playing and didactic games, and using it in thematic corners.
- The environment can be organised according to the principle of small semi-enclosed spaces that promote games, communication, joint activities of children in pairs or small subgroups.
