Checking and marking plates are designed to measure deviations from straightness and flatness of the surface. Solid stone plates are made of diabase, gabbro and various types of granite, which have a compressive strength of not less than 264.0 MPa. Granite slabs have advantages over cast iron, namely: high hardness, anti-corrosion, durability in 8-9 times, eliminated the need for demagnetisation. They are used in mechanical engineering, instrumentation and other industries. The products are included in the State Register of Stress Measurements of the Russian Federation.
