Plate pasteurisation-cooling plants of OGU, OGM, OGN, OGS models and their modifications

The plate pasteuriser OGU is designed for heating, pasteurisation, holding and cooling of milk in a thin-walled closed flow with full automatic control of the process. Versatility means the availability of several heat and time modes realised in one unit.
Main parameters :
Product to be processed (defined according to the customer's specifications): pasteurised milk, milk for curd, etc., milk for c/m drinks, cream 10-40%.
Capacity (depending on the installation)- from 1000 l/h to 25000 l/h.
