Piston air crosshead compressor 305VP-12/220 on angle base 5P is used in industry, pharmaceuticals, food and other industries as a constant and reliable source of compressed air for various needs. The complete compressor unit consists of a compressor, refrigerators (gas coolers), air pipework, cooling and automation systems. The compressor is a piston crosshead machine with a rectangular arrangement of cylinders. The compressor design is based on the normal range of machines adopted at Krasnodar Compressor Plant. For separation of liquid and oil particles there are cavities in coolers or moisture and oil separators, from where condensate and oil are removed by periodic blowing. To drive the compressor is used inbuilt electric motor, the stator of the electric motor is attached to the frame lantern, and the rotor is mounted on the shank of the crankshaft of the compressor.
