Piston horizontal crosshead compressor of opposition type, in two-stage version 2VM2,5-14/9M is designed to meet the needs of enterprises that do not require high purity of compressed air. The compressor unit acts as a constant and reliable source of energy. The 2VM2,5-14/9M is driven by a frame-mounted asynchronous electric motor with squirrel cage rotor DASK-90. The compressor is equipped with water cooling mechanism and lubrication system. The use of moisture and oil separators ensures that the compressed air is cleaned from oil and moisture. The compressor is a water-cooled machine on a frame, i.e. a ready-to-install model in the shop, which does not require connection to mains water for cooling and does not require approval and construction of a special foundation.
