Description

The stud trolleys are designed for storage and transportation of trays, baking sheets, gastropans and trays with food products and confectionery products before and after cooking. Stiletto trolleys are auxiliary equipment for the catering company. The stud trolleys are moved by means of four swivelling wheels, one of which has a braking device to prevent unwanted movement of the trolley. Gastronorms, baking sheets, trays and trays are not included in the set.
