Description
FEMs are designed for grid and autonomous power supply systems at rated voltages up to 1500V.
The FEMs are manufactured by heterojunction technology, the photoactive layer of the FEM is located between the front and back glass substrates. The FEM is framed by an aluminium mounting profile. The rear substrate contains non-removable terminal boxes with wires and safety connectors.
The unique technology of creating heterostructured solar modules on crystalline silicon developed by the own scientific and technical centre of Hevel Group of Companies is used in production. Modules manufactured by this technology have high efficiency (cell efficiency reaches 23.5% in production), work effectively even in diffuse light, have minimal degradation, long service life, low temperature coefficient, allowing for high performance in hot climates.
