Description
FEMs are designed for grid and autonomous power supply systems at rated voltage up to 1000V.
FEMs are made by heterojunction technology, photoactive layer of FEM is located between glass substrate and polymer sheet material. Along the contour of the FEM is framed by an aluminium fixing profile. A fixed terminal box with wires and safety connectors is placed on the polymer material.
The unique technology of creating heterostructured solar modules on crystalline silicon developed by the own scientific and technical centre of Hevel Group of Companies is used in production. Modules manufactured according to this technology have high efficiency (cell efficiency reaches 23.5% in production), work effectively even under diffused light, have minimal degradation, long service life, low temperature coefficient, which allows to have high performance in hot climates.
